Presently working as a Senior Engineer Production since from DEC 2002 to Till Date
in one of the leading Multinational Company manufacturing Bumpers, Crash pad, Door trim and Lugguage. Company has Meikki – 2400 Tonne & LG 2500 Tonne injection molding machines. Company has crash pad Assembly, Doortrim
and Lugguage side trim Assembly.

Ø Initial tryout of mold, and stabling the process.
Ø Effective production and material planning
Ø Attending quality Issues and processing problem
Ø Reducing rejection percentage.

and its counter measure.
Ø Training to supervisor, workmen regarding TS 16949, ISO 4001, and 5S3C
Ø Implementation of statistical tools and attended six sigma training program from
omnex India.

Job Responsibilities :
Reporting to manager production, Process Setting of moulds, Manpower handling and allocating work, Quality monitoring of the product and shift monitoring.
Material availability monitoring by assisting with stores personnel material issues to the production as per the DGR ( Daily Going Rate ) Finished Goods Delivery Schedule Preparation and Finished Goods Stock Monitoring. Production target achievement, getting Approval from customer Material / Machine Yield
Improvement, Manpower / Equipment Capacity Planning, Manpower training, Rejection / Scrap control, manufacturing system design And Implementation activities on product Identification/ Material handling / Storage, Inventory Control.
Material handled : Polycarbonate, Delrin, Crastin, Acrolonitrile Butadiene Styrene
