1.To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.
2.To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.
3.To create positive working environment & encourage team work.
4.To train tailors as per their development needs & upgrade skills of workers.
5.To manage and motivate contractor and look after him.
6.To ensure safety and housekeeping.
7.To ensure work is completed in given time frame.
8.Manpower Management.

Working knowledge of similar industries.

Qualification - DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology)
