Receipt:
Check Documents for Type of Material & Purchase Details
Arrange for Unload of material in accordance with Material
Ensure Material Received in accordance with Document & PO
Tag the Material for Further Identification
Ensure MSDS followed where ever necessary
Intimate the receipt to Indenter and Quality Checker
Ensure Damaged or Excessive Material separated.

Inspection:
Attend Joint Inspection of Material along with Indenter & Quality Checker
Update Tags with additional information provided by Quality Checker
Ensure all the loose accessories to be tagged
Shift the Rejected Components to Rejected Material Zone and tagged accordingly
Prepare Material Inspection Report duly signed by Indenter & Quality Checker
Necessary arrangements to be made to send Rejected Material to Vendor

Storage:
Accepted Material Shifted to Storage Bins along with updated tags
Record Details of Expiry in case of Shelf Life Items
Material Stocked in accordance with their Composition
Precautionary methods are followed as required for the safety of Material stocked.

Issue:
Ensure material issued to requestor after having authorization from actual indenter
Ensure FIFO is followed for shelf life constraints material to avoid expires and change of properties

Stock Verification:
Perpetual Inventory and Self Stock Taking
