Job Description

Candidates with good knowledge of production and planning in compounds and masterbatch.

The major responsibilities would be:
Responsible for overall Production activity.
Overseeing the production process.
Process Tuning.
Monitoring daily production as per production plan
Coordination with quality control dept.
Basic Maintenance of Machine.
Drawing up a production schedule.
Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Proper manpower & resources handling.
Responsible for monthly production, planning & controlling.
Wastage Control
Checking and ensuring quality control of In/out material and products
Maintaining properb reports
