Job profile-
1. Shift handling individually with in process & finished product inspection as per specification & standards.
2. Maintaining QA related documents & BIS records IS:16205 Part-24, IS: 4984-2016, IS: 14333-2008, IS: 14885-2001 & IS: 14151 (Part -1 & 2).
3. Conduct the acceptance & type testing as per relevant standard and customer requirement i.e., Visual appearance, Melt flow test, Tensile-strength & elongation, pullout, reversion, impact, crush resistance, OIT, ICOF, HPT & other test.
4. Efficient knowledge of product testing according to Double wall corrugated-duct (DWC) IS: 16205 (Part-24), IS: 4984-2016, IS: 14333-1996, IS: 14885-2001, ISO: 4427 & 4437, IS 14151 (Part 1 & 2) & TEC GR.
5.
