Job profile -
Timely response to customer on closure of complaints by RCA activities with help of CFT.
Developing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and improve product quality by conducting product, process and system audits.
Review customer returned product analyze and ensure timely action and feedback.
Prepare Practical Problem-Solving Reports (PPSR), track it on FRB (Fast Response Tracking Board)
Improvement of quality through CFT by applying 7QC tools and implementing management systems like 5S, Poka-yoke, Kaizen, 8D methods.
Provide product feedback and help to drive product improvements by working closely with NPD and technical team to regular review on improvement status for upgrading the current products.
Participate in preparing documents like Process Flow Diagrams, FMEA and Control Plans, SPC, MSA,QIP, PPAP activities.
Supervise the in-process activities and handle team of QA engineers & Inspectors.
Improvements in Inspection methods by implementing new gauges and Poka-yoke.
Being a part of In-house test lab to conduct different types of tests like MFI, moisture test, terminal insertion & retention tests, First piece approvals.
Attend VS Meetings on daily basis to resolve the daily issues with the help of CFT.
Conduct 5S Audits, Layered process audits, SLM Trainings, BBS and Gemba Walks.
