Job Profile :
Monitoring of quality inspection reports (Inward & Outward) machine wise on daily basis and acceptance of materials based on AQL sampling plan.
Ensure that optimization of raw materials, zero rejection, efficiency of machine and required process parameters as per desired norms.
Inspection and testing of incoming materials (RM/PM/MB) and its documentation.
Classification of defects as minor, major and critical..
To prepared and maintain SOP and check list for online manufactured items and ensure that the critical dimensions are under standard specifications, and also ensure that whether the manufactured items are as per approved BOM or not.
Involvement in cost reduction and atomization activities to reduce the unnecessary hard work and human error.
Handling of customer complaints and prepared CAPA.
Arrange the Trial and validation of NMD (Injection and Blow mould).
Taking decision about NC product by effectively discussion with management.
Determined the root causes of NC at the various level and take the corrective action.
Analyzed quality related rejection and find out potential causes and take preventive action.
Collect, evaluate data and identify areas for improvement.
Arrange the training to Quality inspectors and floor workers for importance of product and quality.
Daily reporting to senior management.
To prepare QA annual budgeting.
