Job Profile - Maintain safe working condition in laboratory. Maintain the laboratory in clean and hygienic
condition.
Following SOP, test methods, and RM/F specifications related to products and QA & QC.
Following the requirements of Quality System and ISO elements related to laboratory activities
Generate quality reports and COA according to the set procedures.
Maintaining laboratory equipment in good working condition & calibration according to the
calibration schedule.
Assist in training of new hired QC Technician.
Following and implement QA/QC related SOPs and WI.
Maintaining stocks of consumable materials, chemicals and supplies required for testing.
Inspection, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in process and finished product in
accordance with defined specifications, test methods and SOP.
If any material found not meeting the defined specifications, following the established NCR
procedure to make sure nonconformance material does not reach to customer.
Based on release criteria, releasing raw material & finished goods in ERP system if meet the
required specifications.
Support in testing during investigation process of either inhouse NC or customer complaint and
product development.
Performing the final checks of Finished Goods prior to loading inside the truck/container.
Analysis of test results and compare with specifications. Any deviations in results are notified to
production personnel, QA Manager, Production Manager and Corp. Operation Manager.
Give suggestion to improvement in safety, hygiene, process, QC, QA, or any other area
through alert system.
Adheres to the documented QEHS policies and procedures under their area of responsibilities.
