1.To Verify the testing and measurement of all semi-finished and finished products which are produced as per defined sampling plan / production plan , BIS standard and and inspect , evaluate against specification and meet the customer requirement.
2. To ensure inspection of all incoming products, in process products , semi-finished product and finished products as per quality assurance plan , incoming inspection plan and scheme for testing ( STI) and these . it is evaluate against standard specifications laid down for the same with certification.
3. To handling the customer complaint, identified root cause analysis by use of different problem solving tools and take appropriate corrective action on source to prevent the repetition of problem.
4. To maintain and ensure all internal NC & External NC corrective actions implementation by taking the suitable corrective actions. , Display the SOPs, provide the on job training, and ensure that effective implementation of corrective actions.
