Job profile -
Plan, Organize and run day -to day Quality activities both process and Lab internally and externally.
To ensure all incoming raw material is checked at receiving process and if any non-conformity is observed same lot shall be rejected and sent back to supplier with a rejection note.
Process inspection of material shall be maintained checked in lab and confirm to process engineer for running the line after test formulation in found confirming to given standard.
Before material is processed, recipe of the material to be processed shall be made and get same approval by HOD before it is given in process for compounding.
Verify process for all parameter before same batch is taken for processing.
Ensure line material is checked as defined in the work instruction with given frequency.
Ensure all physical and mechanical properties are checked as per defined frequency.
Ensure all recordings of lab and process are maintained and kept as per identification and traceability
