Company profile - The leading manufacturer & exporter of compounded polymers for various plastic processing applications.

Job profile -
Do different tests like MFI, all mechanical testing, XRF, colour matching, ash content, specific gravity, GWT,CTI, FR of all engineering polymer samples received from the customer & running
Finished good.
Raw material testing.
New product development as per customer requirements.
Generate COA for running finished goods and also new developed polymer grade.
Prepare Technical data sheets for polymer compounds.
Prepare SOP for all lab equipment.
Generate NC reports for both Raw Material and Finished Goods.
Maintain all the document related work like monthly AUD report, RM QN, FG QN, Online rejection
report (both RM & FG), 8D report. ISO 9001:2015 QMS & IATF 16949: 2016 Certified Internal Auditor. Communicate with HOD for Daily Routine Work and Planning.
Monitoring and planning for the shift and complete responsibility of day-to-day activity of facility.
Take containment action in any customer complaint and take corrective action and its effectiveness
