We are hiring QC Executive for our company.
Periodic inspection of all the jobs running on various machines according to Customer Specifications. Intimation to Production Team in case of any deviation from set parameters of Customer Specifications.
Ensuring implementation of all SOPs. Also, preparation of SOPs as per the requirement in the organization from time to time.
Ensure quality checkpoints and standard/limit samples are on the machine before starting of production and maintaining sample library for all the in-process parts.
Ensure proper Labelling of produced components.
Ensure the preparation of all the documents and records related to QC.
Training of workers on daily basis to educate them on various quality defects related to different products.
Maintaining different measuring instruments, jigs and fixtures used by quality department. All the measuring instrument, jigs and fixture should be calibrated and in OK condition and also maintain log for this
Support QC In-Charge in analyzing and concluding root cause.
Inspect new products and trial samples as per requirement.
Responsible to ensure that the work in process is as per the standard Specification and defined process and quality standards.
Need to monitor process rejections and take corrective action to reduce the rejection percentage and prepare daily rejection report.
Analyzing the customer complaints and deriving solutions using effective QC Tools and Statistical Process Control measures.
Responsible for critical process Validation and maintain daily process validation report.
Responsible to improve the in-process quality.
Need to monitor the new sample/model Production.
Responsible to monitor & maintain reports related to Customer Services (C.S).
Require to schedule monthly C.S meetings and present concerned data with suggestions for satisfying the customers.
Responsible for New Product Development.
Responsible for customer visit for customer service and when required by quality team.
Responsible ISO implementation as well as audits
Requirements and skills -
Proven experience as quality Executive
Conscientious and responsible
A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
BE in Plastic or Production
Outstanding communication skills and Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office
In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
Leading manufacture plastic box item.
