Job profile -
Responsible to maintain the QC lab as per GMP standards.
To maintain the QC instruments in the state of control and management of their calibration and preventive maintenance.
Inspection of incoming material (Raw materials and packaging materials), testing and release of the materials as per specification.
Responsible for Inprocess testing and final product testing as per standard specification.
Submitting Raw material, packaging materials and final product to the contract testing labs as an when required.
Control of nonconforming material at incoming stage and followingup with supplier for corrective actions.
Preparation, review of the SOPs and other documents related to QC.
Preparation of the STP, specification, work sheet, COA etc.
Assigning the QC reference number for each materials /Products as per requirements.
