Job Profile:
i.Deploy QC processes in multiple locations (Incoming, Process & Outgoing) to ensure process standardization.
ii.Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials/TSS) as per customer requirement to comply in process and product.
iii.Measuring & monitoring the process performance & Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action as per the requirement.
iv.Reports to General Manager/ Director all problems related to quality control of plant operations especially the non-conformity of raw materials received.
v.Collect & maintain data for monitoring & measuring process performance against defined norms.
vi.Prepare & publish daily, weekly & monthly reports sharing performances, trends & present conclusion that can be acted upon for driving improvements in processes.
vii.Conducting process capability studies & monitor all critical processes.
viii.Implement control for all Critical to Quality (CTQ's).
ix.Co-ordination with cross functional leads to resolve quality issues.
x.Supporting & consulting of employees in implementing & realizing the processes - both according to the needs of the product & in compliance with statutory requirements.
xi.Perform metrics & defects prevention activities.
xii.Direct key contact for customer complaints in field. Ensuring timely Root cause analysis and CAPA submission to customer. Closure of complaint within defined time frame, validating the effectiveness of RCA and CAPA.
xiii.Giving timely feedback to superiors on deviations observed during manufacturing & packing activities and suggesting appropriate corrective & preventive actions.

1. 5S Implementation on the shop floor.
2. Implementation of poka-yoke to reduce the change-over rejection.Achievements:
1. Process rejection reduced from 12% to 2.5% by using Lean & Six Sigma concepts.
2. 5S implemented in production dept., office cabins & on the floor. Searching time reduced from averagely 4 minutes to 30-40 seconds.
3. Trained 189 operating members from production & maintenance department for Product safety, Hygiene rules & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
