Job profile-
A)Quality Control
1)Organize quality plan (Like incoming inspection plan, in-process inspection plan, finish good inspection plan) and implement quality procedure in consultation with Production / Plant Manager. Thus ensuring consistency in product Quality.
2)Standardization of product, Raw materials and process.
3)Monitoring all type of incoming material like perform, label, corrugated boxes, Polybags, & Stickers, etc.
4)Maintain records of all incoming material.
5)Routine collection and analysis of data Quality status. Analyze data and give feedback to mould room and production deptt. On daily basis for corrective / preventive actions.
6)Maintain all Q.C. records as per ISO requirement.
7)Carryout Calibration of measuring instruments as per Schedule and keep records.
8)Maintain a system of finished goods in dispatch FIFO ? First In First Out
9)Implement pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) as per sampling plan.
10)Ensure that COA, Food Grade certificate (if required) being sent to customer with each and every Consignment.
B)Internal Audits
1)Plan, prepare schedule and carry out internal audits and check objectives.
2)Evidence for compliance.
3)Discuss audit findings with deptt. Heads and involve Plant Head in case of disagreement.
4)Prepare audit reports and issue to concern within one week.
5)Review all corrective actions and closing of Non-conformances.
C)Trainings
1)Attend the training with all staff about ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 22000:2005 as per requirements.
2)Providing training to packaging boys about visual defects & personal hygiene.
D)Customer:-
1)Handling New customers & existing customers audit.
2)Analyze customer complaints and take corrective Actions for future supplies, either Process or Mold.
3)Important information from customer shared with related deptt.
4)Take customer feedback and prepare report.
E)Control of documents
1)Issue; distribute quality policy and procedure manuals as per documented procedure. Maintain register of all documents. Retrieve all obsolete documents and dispose.
2)Update; revise all quality management system documents.
3)Re-issue of all Updated quality documents dully approved by GM.
4)Take backups of quality documentation and store in a safe location
