Testing Machine (UTM-10T), Extensometer. o PDI for anodized material to ensure visual defects (pitting, fretting, spangling, acid corrosion, anodizing
burn etc.) and record coating thickness, electrical conductivity.
Presenting the FAI for new product in coordination with procurement of extruded profiles at each stage till PreDelivery by considering all factors related to IQ, OQ, PQ.
Monitoring quality systems & compliance with preset standards (EN 755, EN 573, EN 515); troubleshooting requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality & improve them at stage.
Graphical methods such as Pie chart, Pareto chart, trend analysis, Line chart and Bar chart for process capability study that help in analyzing the data to diagnose problems.
