Job profile-
Process & Product Audit:-Process & product audit review & continuous improvements of Quality Standards.

Assure to deliver the best quality of the customer.
Responsible for all activities for Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, FG sampling.
Conduct the process audit, product audit, document audit.
Analysis the in-house rejections defects wise through 7QC tools and implement CAPA & maintain the records.
Responsible for calibration of equipment of Lab & plant.

Quality Management System:-Acts as a Management Representative.
To ensure the compliance's of QMS (IATF-16949:2016) throughout the organization & monitoring the performance implementation of the QMS.

Handling the customer complaint & responsible for analysis the root cause through the quality tools (like 8D, 5-Why & Fish-bone Diagram), customer returns & CAPA.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey.

New Product Development:-
Establishment of the process to develop the new product.
Coordination of PPAP documents.
