Job profile-
Responsible for Reporting to Managing Director Plant and coordinating with 400 Permanent persons &150 Contractual persons.
Developing and amending Quality procedure, work instruction, Quality plan etc for QA, Production and other department , ensuring their compliance ( Performance according to quality procedure) displaying work instruction and other Quality related communication at appropriate places of work in English and regional language.
Ensuring the proper production in Quantity & Quality wise, to maintain the Brand value, Formation of Batch for Extrusion.
Preparing the SOP of new product based on the in-house validation result as well as customer end.
Coordinating to Store department to issue of all type offilm, (PE, BOPP,PET, CPP,OPP Label grade, Perlized,Nylon, metalized, PVC shrink film, AL Foils),Self adhesive Paper(Prime coat paper, silver paper, PP& PE white/transparent paper, solvent, adhesive, varnish & Printing ink at right time, right quality and in proper quantity, improves operational efficiency & Waste management.
Responsible for verification of process parameter of Extrude-rs, Rotogravure, Flexo, self adhesive Printing machine ,Al Punching ,Lamination, cylinder making, Plate making&slitting machine to achieve the business objectives as per quality product.
