I have been working as a Quality Assistant Incharge & Lab Technician in this Organization. These As per Producing in UPVC Pipes range 1/2” to 8” and 20mm to 630mm. As per Producing in CPVC Pipes range ½” to 3”. As per producing in PPR Pipes Range 20mm to 32mm. As per producing in UPVC Fittings range ½” to 8” & 20mm to 200mm. As per producing in CPVC Fittings range ½” to 3”. As per Testing Standard’s for CPVC & UPVC, PPR Pipes SASO, ASTM, NEMA, BS, DIN, ISO, EN & UL-651 Test Methods. Injection moulded Upvc Fittings Range ½” to 8” & 20mm to 200mm. CPVC Fittings Range ( ½” to 3” ). Job Profile:
Co-ordinate the Quality tests for PVC, UPVC,CPVC, and PPR Pipes & Fittings as per SASO, ASTM, BS, DIN, NEMA, ISO and UL- 651 International and National Test Methods.
Develop & Implement maintain the Quality plan to achieve the Quality standards.
Over all responsibility to maintain and control the Documentation & Quality Procedure as Per ISO 9001:2015 QMS, SASO, NSF ANSI-61.
Ensure the execution of Corrective & Preventive action for eliminating the defects.
Attending & Solving customer complaints
Customer correspondence & Technical Support
Handling third party Inspection
Providing compliance sheet for customer as per their project specification.
Incoming Raw materials inspection and receiving as per the material receiving and storage procedure.
To deliver the finished goods products to the customer on time and good condition.
Inspection of dispatching materials on time at right place.
Providing Produced Product Materials data sheets for customer on time deliver.
Providing materials Test Certificate on time deliver to the customer.
To verify the Quality Reports & Documents at once a shift.
Monitoring the Quality Reports and Documents to the excel and word sheets to avoid loss of data.
