Job Description

All reliability testing, fitment checking, dimension checking & visual inspection of all outgoing lots according to sampling plan.

Interaction with customer for quality issues and preparing corrective & preventive actions.
Improving quality/reliability at molding line.
Dimension measurement with Vernier Calipers.
Process audit for all critical parameters.
To improvement KAIZEN for cost saving and to reduce rejection.
Inspections of all incoming materials & finish good material as per specifications.
Usage of specialized TIG software (for dimensional analysis of Products comparison of spec).
Internal audit preparation & change management control.
Monitoring Quality parameter & process parameters.
Validations of moulds /process /products/equipments.

Technical Key Skill & Strength:
Knowledge in Microsoft office & internet
5s & kaizen
