Job Profile :
To maintain systems as per requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Implementation of the same and control of the documents.
Prepare and maintain the documents and records as per requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Assist QA head for preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality manual (QM) and other master documents. Maintain the master document and control all controlled copies of any documents and formats for all departments as per requirement of QMS.
Assist QA head to identify the issues in the organisation.
Identify the opportunities of QMS and finding out the objectives. Prepare Quality Objective and maintain the same for continual improvement.
Conducting On-Job Training program, induction training, Prepare training matrix, training calendar and training log for the staff and workers. Issue Change control form to Initiating department and to monitor its effectiveness time lines. Follow up with the concerned departments for its timely closure.
