Job Description

The incumbent will be head or be a part of the QC team in the plant. He will ensure that products made in the plant are of given standards & monitor the quality of the product, analyses the deviations and take corrective measures. Achieve department goals in alignment with organizational goals. Help in optimizing savings through process improvements, quality enhancements & development of new systems. To help subordinates in data analysis and problem solving methodology. He should act on customer feedback and take corrective steps. To ensure all round development of the QC Team
