Assignment in the area of MFG./ QA / R&D / Technical/ Marketing With Experience Oct 2002 to till date. As Assistant Manager (QC) The company produces Cable Insulation&Sheathing compounds,
Pipe compounds and many compounded plastics and colour, C Black, Antioxidant, Flame retardent, UV, Multifilament and various masterbatches.
Responsibilities and achievments:
1. To maintain standard quality of products and adjust it according to customer choice.
2. Involved in all Techno commercial negotiations in setting up the Ballabgarh plant as well as procurement of plant and machinery.
3. Liaise with production department actively to ensure standard quality of the product.
4. Process control during production.
5. Development of the product and implement strategies to seek higher profit margins.
6. Technical Services 2001 Two months in plant training experience.
