Three types of Raw materials use PVC (Cost, Blown & PET-G), Polyester (PET 12-35 MIC), Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP (30-90 MIC) White & Natural, Orange peel, Pearlized.
Other process perform as; Slitting, Gluing, Cutting, Doctoring, Sorting, Preforming.

Job profile -
Responsible for in process inspection & Quality assurance activities.
Prepare weekly & monthly MIS
Customer visit/technical support on customer complaint
Handling customer complaints & validate CAPA against customer complaints.
Making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Has also been working on the rejection PPM so as to reduce the rejection.
Effectively managing & improving production process quality monitoring, minimizing errors & conducting process/soft skills along with managing diverse range of team management activities.
Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction/quality failures and work on system and process changes for qualitative improvement.
Handling manpower & Provide training to quality associates as per requirement
Well knowledge about injection molding process & printing process.
