RAW MATERIAL: Deals with the inspection of incoming raw material Like Natural Poly, White Poly, Polyester (Corona and Chemical Coated), Metallised Polyester, BON, Aluminum Foil, Nylon film, Natural BOPP, Pearlised & Metallised BOPP, White CPP, Natural CPP, Core, Corrugated Box, Raw Paper, Spouts & Caps, Zipper, Packing Material, Granules, Self-adhesive tape, Spool etc.
BAG MAKING: Deals with inspection of Bag length and width, Gusset, D-cut, sealing strength, drop test, printing problem, shade variation etc.
BLOWN FILM: Roll width, GSM, Thickness, Seal Strength, COF Test, Treatment, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Dart Impact Test, Opacity, Gloss etc.
