Creation of 3D models of various plastic proto parts, tools and assembly-installation as per requirements
Design for Additive manufacturing (SLA and DMLS).
Working in SLA 5000 and IPRO 9000 3D printers from 3d systems Program/operate SLA 5000 and IPRO 9000, working in an Additive Manufacturing/Prototyping environment. Operate, control, and optimize multiple Additive Manufacturing processes from CAD file to finished part. Perform all functions related to machine turnaround and preparation.
Program/operate EOS 290 DMLS system.
Work in EOS M 290 metal 3D printer with Direct Metal Laser Sintering technology. Preparation of Building platform, support generation for parts, printing and unloading of the printed parts, maintaining reports and inspection of reports and follow up of the printed parts.
