Job Description

Education Essential & Preferred: Ph. D/ M. Tech in Polymer with Min 5 – 6 years experience in process based R&D activities in a reputed polymer industry.

Job Description:
New Product/ process development and validation in all locations
Modification/ Improvement of existing product (for better quality, lower cost or other required dimension)
Monitoring, modifying and authorizing the formulations to be used to produce manufacturing
Vendor development for major process input/ (Polymer/ Chemical)
Process performance and product quality audit : continual improvement
Arranging technical trainings for operational and quality people on the process products
To set up R&D center at User
Technical support to business development and marketing team (for understanding customer requirement and translating the requirement to application)
Support of process technology to Engineering division for development of new basic processing equipment s
Certification of processing capability in a new equipment for the product of desired quality standard
Coordination for new product and equipment patents
Standardization of process profile
Improvement projects

Other Information:
Good in Communication skills and Presentation skills
Well organized and system oriented.
Should be able to work in team.

Position would be reporting to: VP – Technical.
Travel Required: Yes
