Job Profile - Technical Responsibilities :-
In this Job, I have to meet customer and distributors; I am solving trouble shoot and any problems related product or process. Also, suggestion to customer regard specific requirement in product or in process Trial of product at customer ends.
Understand customer‘s requirement for each product and give them necessary technical assist about products and process, also new development for them on requirements.
Handling application in various sectors of plastic industries.
Managing customer requirements, suggesting suitable products, providing technical service, handling customer complaints and trials at customer’s end.
Commercial Responsibilities
Coordinating for the orders, dispatches, payments, accounts reconciliation at customer’s end.
Acting as a catalyst between organization, distributors and customers. Also maintain good relationship with customers and distributors in today’s highly competitive market.
Handling independently all sales related operations for my distributors and direct customers.
Tracking or forecasting the competitors activities in the market and make market survey report for sales forecast
Devising business development strategies to build consumer preference & sales evolution in domestic/ markets. Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets.
Mapping business potential and identifying profitable markets for the companies’ products. Developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
Involved in sourcing information of country, market analysis & importer / buyer data from trade promotion councils, embassies, consulates & networking channels.
Utilizing public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
