Pre-Sales Activities :
Review of inquires, sending initial response to customers.
Coordination with various departments like the design, purchase for getting the required technical details necessary to prepare the techno-commercial offer.
Preparation of techno-commercial offers in coordination with the sales team.
Post-Sales Activities:
Sending order acceptance to the customers after reviewing the orders in accordance with quotation & technical documents submitted & negotiated.
Ensuring timely execution of orders within stipulated time by regular monitoring and follow up with design, store, purchase, production, and commercial.
Coordinating with customers for delivery of as per production schedule.
Coordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalities.
Follow up for payment as per agreed terms.
Prepare monthly MIS for machines and spares sales.
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Should have knowledge about quotations, inquiry handling, billing etc.
