Job Profile:
Receiving a new product design from the customer.
Discussion with the customer about the product applications and requirement.
To prepare Quotation, Cost Estimation & Manufacturing Feasibility review for new enquiries & Tenders.
RFQ along with development timing plan from our tool maker for making the tool which is based upon priority of customer requirement.
To get approval for the quotation with the client and make a follow up for any changes that needs to be incorporated in the quotation.
To attend technical discussion meetings with the client during proposal stage of new projects.
After quotation approval from customer, requesting of purchase order for our reference.
Issuing purchase order for supplier (Die maker) to make a new tool development as per the specified drawing dimensions.
Preparing and Reviewing tool design to suit for customer requirement.
Following up of the developing tool in daily basis as per the timing plan
Inquiry and purchasing the raw material which is ensured in the OEM drawing before the tool work completing.
Once tool completion is done, newly developed tool’s dimension is verified to check the deviations by taking product sample.
After sample approval by Quality Control, the component will be send to customer end for the purpose of dimension & material checking.
Once the sample is approved from customer end. Need to prepare batch production of the developed component with the effective process flow.
Preparing PPAP document for the newly developed component.
To provide invoice for the developed tool to claim the invested payment from customer.
