Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets products including rPET, rPP, and rHDPE.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and building strong relationships with potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, textiles, packaging, and more.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding product offerings, including recycled polymers, and communicate their benefits effectively to potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients to close deals.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and potential product improvements.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, track sales performance, and provide regular updates to management on business development activities.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring that all terms and conditions align with company policies.

Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with other businesses, institutions, and organizations to expand market presence.

Event Participation: Represent our company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and build brand awareness.

Sales & Marketing Professional for Recycled Plastic Granules OR Compounding (MLP, LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, HIPS)
Background in plastics and polymers.
Knowledge of recycled plastic granules and sales.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales of recycled granules.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development, ideally in the manufacturing, polymers, or sustainability sectors.
In-depth knowledge of rPET, rPP, and rHDPE products, with an understanding of their applications in various industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
