Job Description

Actively perform sales & marketing of Plastic Auxiliary equipment at all India level.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identifying key accounts for strategically securing profitable business.
Handle Sales and Marketing Operations.
Managing customer base spread across the area given.
Re-enforce and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business.
Develop & maintain enthusiastic team of Sales, service & support staff.
Interacting with clients, coordinating with Technical Team, liaising with factory for effective sales of products.
Participate fully in company marketing and new product development initiatives.
Ensure at all times that new business development initiatives are implemented professionally & thoroughly.
Provide a written weekly report on all sales activities, achievements, key issues, etc. with projections and strategies for the following week.

Key Deliverable:
Sales expertise and the ability to grow a market from the ground up
Acquisition of new customers
Achieving given business target

Reporting To: MD.

Qualification: B.E. (Mech.), / DME

Experience:
10 - 15 years in Marketing sector of plastic auxiliary equipments is Must.
Must have sound knowledge of plastic processing industry.
Good understanding of commercial practices & statutory regulations.
Excellent command over verbal & written communication.
Excellent in interpersonal & negotiations skills.
Excellent time management techniques.

Compensation: Will commensurate with experience & competency of the candidate
