2- 5 years of hands on sales experience in selling Polymers
Must have good a reputation and contacts in the plastic industry
Strong knowledge of Polymers / Modifiers / Elastomers
Identify and actively search for new business leads and approach new customers from the Masterbatch / Compounding / moulding / extrusion / woven sacks / automotive industries.
Maintain good relations with key personnel in purchasing and technical department of companies
Maintain a computerized business lead register and frequently update marketing status in it
Prepare monthly sales report, ISO reports and track self performance
Follow up on payments
Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels
A proven track record in delivering against personal and team sales revenue objectives
An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies
Experience in product development and contributing to pricing policy discussions
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
Must understand customer requirements/ complaints and suggest to Management required changes or developments.
A positive attitude to dealing with people
Other Skills :
Knowledge of MS Office software is a must
Must be able to communicate on email with customers and colleagues within the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
Willingness to Travel 10-12 days in a Month across country.
