Job Description

We are looking for Supply Chain Management Head.

He will be responsible to-
Implementing key strategies for the purchase of materials from sources aiming optimum cost of Procurement, Packaging.
Preparing MIS reports / Dashboard of daily procurement for Supplier wise/Buyer Wise/Project wise inventory status.
Supervising Material tracking and shortage analysis to ensure no production line stoppage.
Demand Planning and Forecasting, Preparation of Procurement Plan, Scheduling etc.
Release POs, Chase for order acceptances, continuously monitor promised dates (ETD) given by suppliers
Follow up with suppliers for on time dispatch with required set of documents
Monitor entire Buy to Pay process for all the POs raised and ensure supplier payments as per agreed payment terms.
Reconciliation- Check Dues and Resolve Vendor queries regarding Payment through timely reconciliation
Periodic and Target oriented Negotiation of Price and MOQ/ PPQ (Minimum order Quantity, Part Packing Quantity)
Making Proposals of Cost Saving/Cost reduction Projects and its successful Implementation
Coaching, Monitoring and Mentor to team members for motivational spirit and efficient performance
Address team operational challenges and provide solution or channelize to appropriate functions as necessary
Prepare, conduct and follow-up on weekly meetings with the stakeholders

He should have 8 yrs to 10 yrs experience in Injection moulding.

He should have Good Negotiation Skills, Analytical thinking, Cost savings, Good Network.

Qualification - Graduate from Plastics, Material management, Expertise in Plastic Material.
