Cost estimation of new products and related tools for the plastic and rubber injection moulded body styling and functional components, air filter assembly, painted components and other sub assembly parts.
Business case preparation, resource planning and investment proposal (CAPEX & REVEX) for the new projects based on requirements on process.
Zero based costing for components & tools based on 2D drawings, 3D data & concepts.
Negotiation and finalise on the cost with customer & vendor for the new products
