I have to download software to microprocessor control, set all parameter (control parameter, hydraulics pressure & actuator speed) and testing the machine finally. I have to trouble shoot all electrical / hydraulic / mechanical / control fault in the machine. I shall be the responsible for any machine problem during installation at customer end.
At region office (Hyderabad) (2006 to 2008)
I have to Install machine & keep machine in production at customer end. I have to support our customer in all aspects whether it is processing problem, customer page setting problem or machine problem (electrics, hydraulics, mechanical or control problem) or any development in their machine as their need.
Preparation of all documentation for supplying parts/spares to customer, monthly report and other office document.
