Make all machines and utilities preventive maintenance plan as per manual and experience. 
Phase maintenance audits of ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14000 like as internal as well as external audits and TS certification audit.
Make weekly and monthly KPI of maintenance and lead target and new target define.
Take Daily Maintenance Communication meeting for better maintenance and problem awareness.
