Planning, Executing and Fabricating all piping works and piping equipment's and its welding works and testing
To execute overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials, coordination for the qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD and P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT, installation of piping, preparation of as built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, Flange Management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedure and standards.
To assist pre commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems completed include flange joint leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen purging etc.
