Plan Production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and costeffectiveness
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools like 5S, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke etc.
Responsible for department Monthly Performance (OEE), Man hour and Incentive Monitoring and MRM.
