Experience in materials analysis methodology such as SEM, FESEM, EDAX, microscopy, thermal analysis, corrosion etc.
Experience is Corrosion testing for BIW, under body, under hood, Chassis, Interior components for cyclic corrosion test, Neutral salt spray test, and CASS test.
Knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes for automotive parts
Experience in field problem investigation and applying sound technical judgment to develop possible solutions.
