I am working from last 9 months on TATA trucks, BIW underbody parts & trims of body side & closures with interior and exterior components LHD & RHD vehicle.
BIW exterior: Rear, front, middle mud liner, outer door panel, panel door seal bottom outer, panel door side cabin side LH & RH
BIW interior: Modification & development of roof head liner, Assy CCB, Panel tunnel, Panel firewall, Panel front, Panel rear, back panel body side.
Trims interior: Cover steering column lever. Assy dashboard, Assy floor console, Carpet front floor, melt sheet, felt.
Trims exterior: Rear, front, middle mud liner, Assy front bumper.
3D annotation of cad model as per our requirement for development of project to enhance the cad details.
PLM:
Releasing cad through PLM teamcenter upto bottom to top.
Creating TC part & assembly release it in PLM.
Resolving PLM error like Check in, Check out, Syncronisation and JT creation independently.

BIW: Assembling, Surfaceing, Designing, detailing, Modification, Bracket and Reinforcement for Assy Panel Plenum, Assy Panel Wiper Motor Mtg., Panel Windscreen Support, Assy Panel Firewall, Panel Tunnel, Assy Front Panel LH & RH, Panel Center Floor, Panel Rear Floor, Assy Rear & Front Wheel Arch LH & RH. Panel A, B, C Pillar Inner and Outer LH & RH, Assy Body Mount for A, B, C Pillar.
