General element sizeof 10mm is followed. The Full Vehicle assembly was  connected with RBE2, Welds, joints element. Quality criteria  were followed as per customer supplied data. Penetration was  removed. Free Edges and Duplicates were checked. Normal  mode analysis was done using Nastran software.
Project Title: Finite Element analysis of Jeep wrangler of sunroof.

Description: For the Given Component of IGES formats Mesh was created using Hyper mesh software and the Analysis were carried out for stress and displacement using Abaqus software.

Description: Normal Mode Analysis of seat was performed using MSC/NASTRAN. The analysis was carried out with the solution sequence 103 (Normal Modes). Mass and CG of the seat was calculated and matched before performing modal analysis. The first natural frequency was found to be 17 Hz and sensitivity analysis was performed to increase the frequency to a target value of 20 Hz.

CAE package: Hyper mesh, Ansa, Nastran Description: Finite element of the Front axle assembly of Trucks was carried out using higher order tetra, hexa elements in Hypermsh. A normal mode analysis for the front axle assembly. Further Static Analysis was carried out of different loading condition.
Project Title: FE Modeling and Analysis of Kaveri k-pipeline.
CAE package:  Ansa, Hyper mesh, Patran and Nastran.
Description:  Finite element of the Kaveri k-6 pipeline assembly was carried out using Quad elements in Hyper mesh. A normal mode analysis for the pipes at room and operating temperature for the material of steel and Titanium. Also further static analysis was carried out for the different loading cases with boundary conditions.
Project title: Optimisation of Flow balance and Maximum injection pressure of Dash Board.

Description : For the Given component in IGES formats Using Ansa software meshing was done. Using meshing was done. Using Moldflow software –Fill Analysis was done. Flow was detected unbalanced and high injection pressure.  It was suggested to make modification with the Part and gate design.
