Current Project Details
Product Design for Fenders LD & Fender MD for the existing series of LD & MD Commercial Vehicles respectively. Current production parts are an outdated styling and performance. They also has fitment and service related issues. The new design is derived with the latest styling surface. New design has been optimized by adding indicators on the fenders body itself.
New Product Design for Footsteps Trim (Exterior Trims) for the existing series of LD & MD Commercial Vehicles. In current production vehicles, these trims are absent. Only a rubber pad is place at the bracket assembly. This new design is a plastic garnish covering all the bracket assemblies. It’s a big achievement as it has significantly enhanced the aesthetics. The design has been optimized by communizing it for both LD and MD vehicles.
Product Design of Outside Rear View Mirror (ORVM) for MSIL (YP8 & YR Model) (While deputation at SMR).
Designed the Seat Back Structure for Ford Mustang & Ford 150 Truck. Current production part is an assembly of metal bracket. The new part has been designed for composite material. The design has been optimized by reducing the weight & number of parts.
Designed IP Substrate for Ford Mustang. Current production part in majority is a sheet metal structure. This new substrate has been designed for composite material. The design has been optimized by reducing the weight & number of parts. It has resulted in reduced cost and improved performance.
