Supporting BD & Marketing for RFQs for acquiring new business.
Supporting New Product Development & Design team from RFQ to tool finalization and PPAP. Responsible for 3D model designing from 2D drawing.
Designed Many critical 3D models and Tool for Insulator, Shift tower, grip handle, inner door trims, Door Accessories like Cable drum housing, Striker, cover, locknut, flange, shroud, Accelerator Pedal Module.
Performing DFM & PFMEA for the above mentioned all projects.
Successfully developed & designed many critical models with advance surfacing (like fan) and designed tool in Pro-e & UG
Accountable for Drawing review with studying all GD &Ts and customer specific requirement & hence prepare and Conduct Technical feasibility with customers.
BOP drawing release, assembly drawing release to suppliers.
Model control Register, Part control WON generation, Tool Number Generation, Drawing control documentation and updation , Samples flow documentation and tracking, DWM management.

Responsible for Mold-flow Analysis: Analysis for adequate wall thickness, drafts, parting lines, warpage analysis, stress concentration, cooling simulation, fiber analysis, pressure drop, sink marks, weld lines, air traps for plastic components using mold-flow. Process Optimization using mold flow analysis, DoE.
Proactively implementing design changes with mutual agreement with the customer after analyzing the part for getting a good quality part.
Tool Design approval, supplier visit, supplier time plan activities and supplier rating, Tool tracking from supplier.
Tool Lift authorization production planning and control, conduct trials, attend tool trials support PPAP, APQP. Trackers to meet planned vs actual in documents.
Troubleshooting for various auto parts during molding cycle & Counter action planning.
Responsible for preparing Lessons learnt and document readiness for similar future projects
Co-ordinate to all internal depts. especially with Production dept. to provide possible solutions for their problems in production
