Job Profile:
Material planning at shop floor for Pressing of Disc Brakes Pads and Assembly of Disc Brakes & Manage activities of production and workers.
Responsible for DPR (QST & MST).
Daily Production planning, daily review of Production & rejection, Co-ordination with internal customer regarding Production planning, Material Inventory, Man power handling.
Responsible for Molding Press (60-80 Tons) of Wanda Presses (Chinese Make) & Hind Presses.
To identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for the same to improve the process yield.
Responsibility of maintaining the production document (Daily production gap analysis, operator efficiency, down time calculations, tool loading format).
