Job Profile:
Man power planning, monitoring & control of production according to plan/ schedule.
Machine parameters setting & also keeping close observation on the quality of product.
Troubleshooting (During processing).
Rejection analysis and action to reduce it.
Motivating workers to maintain the quality standard of the company’s product with achievement production targets in time.
Provide on job training to operators & linear development programmed to our sub ordinate for their improvement.
Keeping observation on material & product during machine setting.
