Company Profile : In the field of wind energy from concept to commissioning. The rotor blades are manufactured by infusion of resin with glass fabric and other core materials under vacuum. These blades undergo various assembly operations and painting /finishing before going on turbine.
Job Profile :
Planning of Raw material and manpower.
To maintain the moulds and machinery.
Manpower deployment in the plant.
Monitoring the process like hand laminations, infusions, gluing of Parts with epoxy paste etc.
Monitoring and control of the process as per the Quality standard.
Repairing of FRP parts as per the Quality instruction.
To optimize Raw Material consumption.

To analyze the quality defects and plan for corrective and preventive actions.
To ensure safety measures in the entire plant and co- ordinate with SHE department for mock drills.
