Job Profile:
Responsible for manpower & production handling in shifts in view of production plan execution
To maintain 6S at production shop floor in relevant shift.
To maintain the shop floor management in view of system adherence.
Process troubleshooting & handling of technical issues at shop floor. To monitor material management & its preparation in shifts.
To ensure the periodic maintenance of Moulds at shop floor to maintain part quality.
To submit the assigned monthly reports e.g. Mould maintenance KPI, Quality test report & Master sheet of Moulds etc.
To ensure the availability of relevant documents at shop floor during running production i.e. DPR, HPR, OPS, OGS,Last sample & FPA etc.
Responsible to review the productivity in all shift by monitoring of DPR.
To initiate the maintenance request of Machines to maintenance team.
To inform about the consumables & spares required / used at shop floor & its ordering
Direct ME Project Handle in front of Plant Head & Director.

Daily verification & recording of parameters as defined in the relevant process check sheet, job set up verification.
Create production order as per daily plan & do entry after production on daily basis in SAP.
Monitor & analyses the reason for rejection / wastage / rework & initiate corrective action for the same using Problem solving techniques.
Train, educate the work mans & keep records when they deputed for new job or when any new person is deputed on job. Follow defined process of on job training.
Periodic review of skill matrix.
Work towards achievement in targeted manpower as per sanctioned.
Ensure during the shift, requirements of QMS (ISO/TS 16949) & any specific requirements of customer are followed & met in the process.
