My Roles and Responsibilities :-
Monitoring Three shift in charge & 80 associates on the shop floor.
Analyzing daily trouble shoots done on both Extrusion and Injection moulding Machines in the shifts.
Time study for setting the production norms on the machines.
Delegate the responsibilities for implementation of control plans for moulding & extrusion process.
Managing Daily production Schedule as per customer Requirement.
Monitor the manpower requirement, if required then recruit and give them training also.
Monitor the Maintaining of 5’S System on shop floor.
Trained associates for Kaizen System.
Collect the documentation of daily production reports from the shift in charges (DPR, Rejection & Production graph Target vs. Actual, MRN, Scrap note, FG Movement slip etc).
Daily Analysis of quality reports and process parameter sheets with respect to production.
Co-ordinate with quality in making reports by statistical process control and data analysis methods.
Planning and Execution of new Production Infrastructure in area of process control.
Capacity planning and forecasting for raw material storage.
Follow up with customers for timely getting their required materials.
Monitoring customer schedule adherence
Accounting of materials and inventory control through FIFO, ABC analysis.
Monitoring of consumption of material in plant for max. Production in min wastage.
Identifying slow moving/Non moving stock and their disposal.
Smooth Material Flow in the Production Line
Monthly M.I.S report preparation of Production Deptt. Performance for management review.
