9 nos injection moulding m/c (In 5 nos Electronica – 140 TONS, 2 nos Dr. BOY – 50 & 80 Tons & 1nos Akar -100 TONS and 1 nos Hitian 1000 Tons ) and 1nos CMP Blow moulding m/c ( 200ml ), 1 nos chiller and 1nos ATLAS Compressor.

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:-
Working as a Engineer Quality Assurance & Customer Representative for Philips India, IFB Industries Ltd, Black & Deker Pvt. Ltd for Quality Issues.
Handling customer complaints and solving it by 8’D technique, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Pareto Analysis etc. Incoming Testing (MFI, Ash Content, Colour & Tensil Strength Etc.)
Conducting Product Audit, Process Audit, lay out inspection according to schedule.
Keep track on all customer’s complaints, update Monthly Rejection GRN & PPM
Responsible for in process Quality of Product, Pre Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports
